Pre-needling
- the first step in pre-needling is to compress the fibre batt without delamination and to bring the loose fibre as close as possible to the first rows of needles
- the key to product evenness
- for single or double board neeleloom set-up

PA cylinder tacker
- 2 perforated cylinders compressing the fibre batt
- 2 needle boards top and bottom with elliptic movement following the cylinder’s rotation
- draft free pre-needling as the fibre batt is at its maximum compression
- horizontal advance pitch equal to product linear speed
- suitable for heavy products, even above 2000 gsm

SFD batt feeding device
- 2 motorized compressive conveyors
- 2 motorized transfer cylinders with guiding fingers
- easy access for maintenance ; the SFD frame is on wheels
- wide range of product weights
- working width : from 1.5 to 8.9 m

DCIN batt feeding device
- 2 motorized compressive conveyors with plain aprons
- suitable for light and medium product weights
- working width : from 1.5 to 5.9 m
- positive product transfer as close as 14 to 20 mm distance from the first needles row
