  • Creation of NSC Groupe USA which created its specific American subsidiary that acquired the assets and goodwil of the American company ESI
  • Sale of 76 % of the shares of Fonderie de Croix
  • Acquisition of 74,50 % of the shares of Pack’Industrie
  • Partial asset transfer of all the commercial companiez of N. Schlumberger to Localsace, which takes the name NSC Services
  • Merger of NSC Groupe USA and N. Schlumberger (USA) Inc. Under the name N. Schlumberger (USA) Inc. ESI remains a subsidiary of thie entity

2002

  • Creation of the subsidiary Monomatic Italia, a subsidiary of the French company Monomatic
  • Creation of the Japanese subsidiary N. Schlumberger Japan kk, a NSC Services company

2003

  • Merger-absorption of ESI by N. Schlumberger (USA) Inc

2004

  • Acquisition of a 30 % minority interest in Wuxi NSC Hongyuan, which takes the name of Wuxi NSC Machinery Co. Ltd

2005

  •  N. Sclumberger merges with Finlane, a subsidiary of the Italian group through the joint venture Euroschor SAS
  • Partial asset transfer of textile activity to MTF SAS, which takes the name N. Schlumberger. The company formerly called N. Schlumberger becomes Fonderie Schlumberger
  • Partial asset transfer of Fonderie Schlumberger to Socovim SAS, which takes the name Fonderie Schlumberger. The company formerly called Fonderie Schlumberger becomes NSC Florival
  • Creation of Fréaco SARL
